      Hey, I am 5k runner struggling at the with a bit of a calf niggle. I have tried reducing my training load and am doing a lot more recovery stuff but it is just taking ages!?

      Any tips?

        Try some new trainers (if within your budget). It always makes such a difference!

        you should reduce your mileage a bit and see if it helps bro

      cathreid: Try some new trainers (if within your budget). It always makes such a difference!

      This is really important too, i notice my feet, calves and knees always feel stiffer when my shoes are getting older
