    Wondering how people manage to balance a working, studying, social lifestyle all whilst trying to train full time for athletics. I’m not the best at time management myself so was wondering if anyone had any good tips in terms of either organisation or mentality for making sure everything and everyone is covered.

    Any comments would be appreciated 😃

      I really struggle with this too, especially during exam periods, things get to me too and I find the quality of things goes down the drain aha. I try to stick to a somewhat rigid routine, especially with sleeping and waking up, this helps with me a lot regarding balancing things and being efficient!
