    I think something really important to consider is getting injured early on or just before the season!

    When your body is getting ready to compete you are in your optimum shape, meaning you are often running much faster or throwing much further – thus (usually) generating more force etc. which can often lead to injuries!

    Now more than ever we should be getting treatment and looking after ourselves!
